e-Statements
Important notice
Nobody likes paying fees, that’s why we worked hard to provide you with a better, free alternative. We have enhanced e-statements to include cheque images. This means you will be able to see images of all cheques that have cleared your account as part of your monthly e-statement.
Switch to e-statements and enjoy:
- Convenient access anytime, anywhere
- The option to download or print statements
- Reduce your environmental footprint
- Images of cleared cheques
- No risk of confidential information being lost or stolen in the mail

If you already use online banking:
- Log in here using your debit card number and password
- Click "profile and preferences" in the left side navigation
- Select "my profile"
- Select "yes" to stop receiving paper statements
- Only enter your email if you want to receive an email notifying you that your monthly statement is available
- Click "update"
- Click "I agree" to finalize your changes. Don't forget to log out.

If you're not signed up for online banking:

Visit your branch. A staff member will issue you a secure, temporary, online password on the spot.
