About Prospera's Collabria Integration

Managing your Prospera Collabria Credit Card card transactions just got much simpler. Members can now log into online banking and see all your Prospera Collabria Credit Card transactions in one place. Plus, you can access the Prospera Collabria MyCardInfo portal directly through online banking.

Here’s how it works:

If you’re the primary card holder for your Prospera Collabria Credit Card card, simply log in to online banking, and from the Account Summary page:

  1. From the Account Summary page select link a partner account
  2. On the Manage Partner Account Page, under Link a Credit Card select Collabria Credit Card
  3. After reading/reviewing the terms and conditions select I Agree to finish linking your Prospera Collabria card
  4. Enter your card details and select Link Card
  5. Your Prospera Collabria Card details will appear on the Account Summary page under Partner Accounts

That’s it! You can now view your Prospera Collabria card transactions all from within Online Banking.

Linking your Prospera Collabria Credit Card:

Can I link my Collabria credit cards from other financial institutions to my Prospera online banking account?

No; you can only link your Prospera Collabria Visa to your Prospera online banking account.


Can I link my US Dollar Prospera Collabria Visa?

Yes; a US Dollar Prospera Collabria Visa can be linked.


Can I link multiple Prospera Collabria Visa’s?

Yes; multiple Prospera Collabria Visa can be linked where you are the primary cardholder.


Can I link my spouse’s Prospera Collabria Visa?

No; only Prospera Collabria Visas where you are the primary cardholder can be linked.


Why can only the primary cardholder link their Collabria Card their online banking?

You can only link your Prospera Collabria Visa to your Prospera online banking account. As part of the verification process, the date of birth on file with Westminster Savings must match identically with the date of birth on file with Collabria.


It says only primary cardholders can link, so if I have a secondary card and my spouse is the primary does that mean I can’t link my card?

You can link your secondary Prospera Collabria Visa card to your Prospera online banking account; however, you cannot link your husband’s primary Prospera Collabria Visa to your Prospera online banking account.


Can I link my Prospera business Collabria Visa?

Linking Prospera business Collabria Visa cards is not currently supported.


Checking Account Balance

If there are more than one card associated with my master account, does the balance and transaction history represent the balance and transaction history of the master account, or only my primary card?

The balance and transaction history represents that of the master account.


Will it split the pending transactions from the processed ones, like on MyCardInfo?

Your Prospera Collabria Visa transaction history will only display approved transactions, not those in “pending” status.


Will my payments appear instantly on my card like now at the banks?

Payments made to your Prospera Collabria Visa will display in your transaction history once they’ve been received and processed by Collabria.


Where can I see my available credit or the due date?

Your available credit or the date due can be found by clicking the “MyCardInfo” link.


Where do I find my linked Prospera Collabria Visa once it’s linked to my online banking account?

Your Prospera Collabria Visa is visible at the bottom of your credit union accounts on the Account Summary page in online banking.


Troubleshooting

What do I do if I’m unable to link my Prospera Collabria Visa because of a date of birth error?

If a date of birth error is encountered while trying to link your Prospera Collabria Visa, do the following and try linking your card again:

  • Contact the Prospera Member Service Centre to confirm that your date of birth is accurate in their banking system
  • Contact Prospera Collabria Visa Customer Services (1 855 341 4643) to confirm that your date of birth is accurate in their system
